Ian Rustige

Managing Director and Coach ..

Ian set up Energised Engagement to expand on his passion for helping clients unlock their full potential and enable their teams to perform and feel at their best. He is a passionate coach and facilitator who works 1:1 and in groups.

Ian understands the opportunities and challenges corporate life can bring. He spent 15 years working across industry in the areas of business improvement, change and learning.

He developed his passion for coaching after receiving some life-changing coaching himself, through which he began to design his current professional chapter. Driven by his love of finding true personal growth, authenticity and fulfilment. Ian is a transformational coach who facilitates leadership development programmes - these include emerging talent development, and group and team coaching to develop high performance team behaviours.

Clients who work with Ian comment that they are always struck by how much he loves working with people. He enters his coaching and training with a genuine enthusiasm, optimism and positivity for the future but in a gentle and compelling way: it is the hallmark of his style. Ian holds an ACC International Coach Federation credential, an Engineering degree and a Masters degree in Management. In his spare time, Ian loves running and cycling in the Surrey Hills.


Priya Hirani

Business Coordinator and Coach ..

Priya is Business Coordinator and Coach for EE, who brings 10 years' experience of working in fast-paced work environments in large corporate organisations. Priya is passionate about supporting leaders to create mentally healthy workplaces, and is also living proof that you can turn your challenges into your superpowers.

Priya’s purpose in life is to help those who feel they don't have a choice to confidently flip their script and find empowerment.

Priya started her journey as a coach in the area of personal development and has since through her passion for helping people to unlock their truths - branched out into specialising in empowerment. She has worked closely with many individuals and helped and supported them through their own development journeys.

As a coach, Priya has a calm and empathetic approach with her clients. She takes the time to understand the needs of others and believes that each and every person has the right to live their best life personally and professionally.


Deborah Brown

Executive Coach..

Deborah has significant experience as an individual/team coach, facilitator and business leader working with international blue chip organisations both internally and externally. Her experience centres on identifying and building leadership capability, coaching senior leaders and high potential talent, building high performing teams, leading change and action learning.

She has led, designed and delivered various leader programmes, and has held Senior Leadership Development roles in BP, Pfizer and JPMorganChase. Deborah holds a Masters in Organisational Change with Ashridge, Team Coaching certificate and EMCC coach.


Shalini Sequeira

Executive Coach..

Shalini is an executive and group coach, facilitator and Non-Executive Director who has worked at a senior level in global law firms in the City of London and in global corporates. Her work contributes to the formation of truly diverse leadership teams, at every level of an organisation, and in every sector. She has lived and worked globally and enjoys working cross-culturally. She particularly enjoys building leadership skills and capability, coaching leaders in transition to a new role and working with leaders and emerging leaders on becoming truly inclusive.      

  Shalini has a Diploma in Coaching and holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the ICF. Recent clients include global law firms, government agencies, charities, private equity companies, insurance companies, the NHS and international humanitarian organisations.

Chris Paterson

Consultant and Coach..

Chris’s purpose in life is to grow resilient leaders and teams.

Chris spent 20 years as a senior leader, developing and leading high performing teams in finance and sales and marketing in several countries - working in large multinational companies and the pharmaceutical industry.

Chris is an accredited Executive Coach and facilitator specialising in leadership development and resilience. Chris has supported individuals, teams and groups to become more effective and deliver results.

Chris has always been passionate about learning, spotting potential in others and supporting them in their growth and career development. As a coach, Chris has a calm and supportive presence which enables his clients to find the courage to try new things as a way to reach their goals.


Eleanor Tweddell

Communications Consultant..

Eleanor’s story: after 23 years of corporate life it was time to do something else. She had a fine experience working for some great brands - including Costa, RAC, Virgin Atlantic and Vodafone, in areas of sales, future talent, leadership development and corporate communications.

For the last few years, Eleanor has run a communications consultancy, with clients including Bristol Water, Ageas, Exerts, Channel 4 and Reach plc. Eleanor has also recently launched Another Door that has evolved into writing a book, creating an online community and running workshops.

Eleanor provides expertise, energy and delivery to Energised Engagement clients across internal, external and virtual communications.

Geoff McDonald

Strategic Advisor..

Geoff McDonald knows from his experience of helping to architect the transformation of Unilever that energised and engaged employees enhance business performance. He is best known as a global advocate, campaigner and consultant who is passionate about embedding purpose as a key driver of business performance, and addressing the stigma of mental ill health in workplaces.

Geoff’s strengths are his ability to influence C-suite teams on strategic matters and delivering strong ideas on how workplaces can embed purpose and mission. Geoff is a strategic thinker, advisor and  keynote speaker.
