Ian Rustige

Managing Director ..

Ian set up Energised Engagement to expand on his passion for helping clients unlock their full potential and enable their teams to perform and feel at their best. He is a passionate coach and facilitator who works 1:1 and in groups.

Ian understands the opportunities and challenges corporate life can bring. He spent 15 years working across industry in the areas of business improvement, change and learning.

He developed his passion for coaching after receiving some life-changing coaching himself, through which he began to design his current professional chapter. Driven by his love of finding true personal growth, authenticity and fulfilment. Ian is a transformational coach who facilitates leadership development programmes - these include emerging talent development, and group and team coaching to develop high performance team behaviours.


Kathryn Pridmore

Client Programme Manager ..

Kathryn is a Client Programme Manager for EE and expert in leadership and talent development. She brings a wealth of experience from working in leading organisations and across multiple sectors. She also has a comprehensive knowledge of designing and implementing a diverse range of programmes, and is also a coach.

In her 25 year career, Kathryn has led numerous transformational leadership and talent programmes across the UK and internationally. Leading organisations she has supported include Arup Group, Arriva Ltd, Babcock, Johnsons Cleaners, Marston’s Brewery, Morrisons Manufacturing, Npower, New Street Group Consulting, NHS Leadership Academy, Yorkshire Building Society, the Valeo Group and Wolseley.


Deborah Brown

Executive Coach..

Deborah has significant experience as an individual/team coach, facilitator and business leader working with international blue chip organisations both internally and externally. Her experience centres on identifying and building leadership capability, coaching senior leaders and high potential talent, building high performing teams, leading change and action learning.

She has led, designed and delivered various leader programmes, and has held Senior Leadership Development roles in BP, Pfizer and JPMorganChase. Deborah holds a Masters in Organisational Change with Ashridge, Team Coaching certificate and EMCC coach.


Shalini Sequeira

Executive Coach..

Shalini is an executive and group coach, facilitator and Non-Executive Director who has worked at a senior level in global law firms in the City of London and in global corporates. Her work contributes to the formation of truly diverse leadership teams, at every level of an organisation, and in every sector. She has lived and worked globally and enjoys working cross-culturally. She particularly enjoys building leadership skills and capability, coaching leaders in transition to a new role and working with leaders and emerging leaders on becoming truly inclusive.      

Shalini has a Diploma in Coaching and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the ICF. Recent clients include global law firms, government agencies, charities, private equity companies, insurance companies, the NHS and international humanitarian organisations.




Eva Kovacs

Executive Coach..

Eva is an experienced coach who works with individuals and teams, wanting to bring about more consciousness and choice, in the interest of sustainable high performance. Eva has over 25 years’ international business experience. Clients she has worked with include UBS, UCB, Daimler, Kuhne+Nagel and GSK.

Eva has an MSc in Executive and Team Coaching from Ashridge, an MA in Humanities and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational and Coaching Supervision. She is also an Ashridge and ICF-accredited executive coach and an Ashridge-accredited OD and Coaching Supervisor. She is a certified user of Hogan Suite and Emotional Intelligence Profile.




Chris Paterson

Chris’ purpose in life is to grow resilient leaders and teams.

Chris spent 20 years as a senior leader, developing and leading high performing teams in finance and sales and marketing in several countries - working in large multinational companies and the pharmaceutical industry.

Chris is an accredited Executive Coach and facilitator specialising in leadership development and resilience. Chris has supported individuals, teams and groups to become more effective and deliver results.

Chris has always been passionate about learning, spotting potential in others and supporting them in their growth and career development. As a coach, Chris has a calm and supportive presence which enables his clients to find the courage to try new things as a way to reach their goals.


Gary Armstrong

Gary helps people and teams who are stuck to find joy, fulfilment and high performance. He has built on a lifetime's success in complex global businesses to become an expert in human development.

Gary is passionate about growing people and teams to achieve their purpose and full potential so they can perform at their best. He is an experienced ICF coach, accredited in psychometric tools with qualifications in learning, organisation development and psychology. Gary loves learning and uses the latest thinking from positive psychology and neuroscience in his work. Gary uses coaching and consulting to help people become clear on their purpose and goals and make transformational shifts in how they achieve them.




Beth Whiting

Executive Coach ..

Beth is an experienced integrative psychotherapist and executive coach with 20 years of experience of bringing insight and engagement into corporate settings to enable growth and development in teams and individuals.

Beth initially trained at RADA and worked professionally as an actor for many years. Beth then transferred those skills to business facilitating team meetings and events exploring team dynamics, performance and communication. Beth has an MSc in Integrative psychotherapist and has trained in relationship systems intelligence training using the ORSC model. Beth brings a depth of psychological awareness and insight to her work often supporting leaders and teams through big change programs.

Beth has worked internationally supporting companies such as; National Grid, Manchester Metropolitan Police, Les Mills, National Gas, Pfizer, Novartis, Disney and CISCO.


Mark Leyland-Smith

Executive Coach and Consultant ..

Mark is an experienced executive coach, group coach, and facilitator. As a consultant, his work now includes assurance, governance, and training. His approach is informed by his extensive executive experience as a chief finance officer, primarily in the charity/not-for profit-sector, where he led multi-functional service areas. Mark is also a non-executive director for a health institute and therefore sees organisational life from all perspectives.

Mark is a credentialled ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation and partners as a coach with individuals at all stages of their career and life. He is also a chartered accountant, secretary, and director.

Mark believes passionately in the power of coaching to impact on individuals, teams, and organisations that are open to their growth potential.


Philippa Thomas

Executive Coach ..

Philippa is a leadership and career coach with a global list of clients. She is curious about what motivates people and focussed on what can help them flourish. She champions sustainable leaders who combine ambition for themselves and their teams, with a genuine commitment to physical and psychological well-being.

As an executive coach, Philippa draws on communications expertise from her first career as a BBC News correspondent and TV presenter. She knows what it’s like to be in a fast-moving, high-pressure role in the public eye. Her coaching can also include prep for interviews and public speaking, and she is always ready to help a client rethink their own professional story.

As a trainer, Philippa designs and delivers training workshops in Mentoring Skills for companies eager to develop a more inclusive and collaborative culture in which everyone has a chance to thrive.

Philippa’s educational experience spans Oxford, Harvard, the University of East London and the Open University. She is accredited as an Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP). She holds an EMCC-accredited Coach Supervisor qualification and an International Systemic Team Coaching certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaching.


Priya Hirani

Priya is Business Coordinator and Coach for EE, who brings 10 years' experience of working in fast-paced work environments in large corporate organisations. Priya is passionate about supporting leaders to create mentally healthy workplaces, and is also living proof that you can turn your challenges into your superpowers.

Priya’s purpose in life is to help those who feel they don't have a choice to confidently flip their script and find empowerment.

Priya started her journey as a coach in the area of personal development and has since through her passion for helping people to unlock their truths - branched out into specialising in empowerment. She has worked closely with many individuals and helped and supported them through their own development journeys.

As a coach, Priya has a calm and empathetic approach with her clients. She takes the time to understand the needs of others and believes that each and every person has the right to live their best life personally and professionally.


Eleanor Tweddell

Communications Consultant..

Eleanor’s story: after 23 years of corporate life it was time to do something else. She had a fine experience working for some great brands - including Costa, RAC, Virgin Atlantic and Vodafone, in areas of sales, future talent, leadership development and corporate communications.

For the last few years, Eleanor has run a communications consultancy, with clients including Bristol Water, Ageas, Exerts, Channel 4 and Reach plc. Eleanor has also recently launched Another Door that has evolved into writing a book, creating an online community and running workshops.

Eleanor provides expertise, energy and delivery to Energised Engagement clients across internal, external and virtual communications.
